Razorpay Registration

Note: Below mentioned points must be followed during Razorpay Registration:

DO’s:- 

• Ask customer to mail us on support@vksoft.co.in from the mail id which will be used for Razorpay Registration.
  
• Call Vivek sir and tell him to mail registration link of razorpay in customer’s email id.
  
• Call the customer and guide him to open the registration link mail and guide the customer to continue registration.
  
• Follow the below mentioned steps to guide the customer regarding Razorpay Registration.
  

Don’ts:-

• Do not ask bank details from customer.
  
• Do not ask id password of customer’s payment gateway.
  
• No personal data will be asked from customer.
  
• Do not take customer's system online during razorpay registration processing. Guide the customer telephonically. 
  

Razorpay Registration Steps

• Open the mail with the subject displayed in the image.
  

• Click on “Create Password” link
  

     

• Create password and again confirm the pasword and click on reset password button. Reset Password Confirmation will be displayed along with login link, click on the login link displayed.
  

           

• Login using your email id, password (created in step 3) and click on captcha.
  

• Click on “Activate your account” button
  

• Fill your contact information and click on “Save & Next” button.
  

• Fill your business overview and click on “Save & Next” button.
  

• Fill your business details and click on “Submit & Verify” button 
  

• Account activation confirmation will be displayed, click on ‘Go to Dashboard’.
  

               

• Click on “Submit KYC”
  
  

• Fill your Bank account details and click on “Save & Next” button.
  

• Upload the required documents and click on “Submit Form” button.
  

• The Activation is now completed.
