- Go to forms.vksoft..co.in
- Go to VIDYA One section.
- Click on Proposal Form.
- VIDYA One Proposal form will be opened in a new tab.
- Fill the details that are asked in the form properly.
- If you are providing a special discount price to customer then you have to enter the Dealer Code given to you by the Company.
- As you enter the Dealer Code then Price Per Student (Per Month) field will be opened in editable mode.
- Comments field will also appear in which you can fill the comments such as Installment Details, Requirements of Customer etc.
- Enter the Special Discounted Price in the field.
- Then properly check the details entered by you in the form.
- Finally click on Send Proposal button to send the Proposal to the customer.
- An automatic Sales Proposal Email with the following Subject "Sales Proposal for "VIDYA One - School Management & Online learning solution"" will be sent to the customer on the email id provided in the Proposal form.
- Following mail will be sent to the customer - View Mail
- Following Sales Proposal pdf is send to customer - View PDF
- You will be redirected to Share on WhatsApp tab to send a WhatsApp message on customers number that you have entered in the Proposal Form. (Note:- For sending WhatsApp to customer you must first login the WhatsApp on your System using web.whatsapp.com)
- If you have already logged in the WhatsApp on your system then following window will appear
- Click on Continue to Chat button
- Following window will open
8. Click on use WhatsApp Web link
9. WhatsApp web will be opened in the new tab as follows
10. Finally click on Send icon to send the message.
- Following WhatsApp message will be sent to the customer
How Customer will process after receiving the Proposal Mail
- Customer has to properly read the mail.
- Customer must view the Sales Proposal Detail pdf send to him / her as an attachment.
- Customer must read the Documents Required and the Data Required section properly.
- To proceed customer must click on Pay Now button.
- Customer will be redirected to the Payment Receipt page.
Customer must follow the following Steps for Payment:-
Click the Pay Now button for payment.
You will be redirected to Payment Receipt page.
Fill the details at that page.
Note - Select Proposal from Select Type option.
Copy the Proposal ID (send in the mail) and paste it in Proposal ID field (in Payment Receipt Page).
Provide Amount (send in the mail) in Amount field.
Then select the payment method.
Click on Pay & Submit button to proceed your payment.
