Error in Merit List- Some Problem Occure Try Again Index and length must refer to a location within the string. Parameter names length

Problem Description:

When generating the Merit List in Exam or Exam CBSE, an error appears:
"Some problem occurred. Try again. Index and length must refer to a location within the string. Parameter name: length."

Root Cause:
This error occurs because the customer has entered subject names using only two letters (e.g., "IT"). The software is unable to process such short subject names while generating the merit list.
Solution:
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

1- Create a Backup:
  1. First, create a backup of the customer's database files to prevent any data loss.

2- Edit Subject Names:

  1. Identify subject names that are only two letters long.
  2. Update them by expanding them to more than two characters (e.g., change "IT" to "I.T", "GK" to "G.K", and "PT" to "P.T").

3- Update the Changes:
  1. Save and update the modified subject names in the database.

4- Verify the Fix:

  1. Generate the Merit List again to confirm that the issue is resolved.
