🛑 Issue Description

Users are unable to perform bulk printing of marksheets. When clicking on “Print All”, the system generates a PDF instead of printing directly.

⚠️ Root Cause

The default printer is set to Microsoft Print to PDF, causing all print commands to be redirected to PDF generation instead of a physical printer.

🛠️ Resolution

✔️ Method 1: Set Physical Printer as Default

1. Open Control Panel
2. Go to Devices and Printers
3. Select your installed printer
4. Right-click on it
5. Click “Set as Default Printer”

⚙️ Method 2: Disable Microsoft Print to PDF

1. Open Control Panel
2. Go to Programs → Programs and Features
3. Click “Turn Windows features on or off”
4. Find Microsoft Print to PDF
5. Uncheck it
6. Click OK and restart if required

✅ Outcome

The “Print All” function will now directly print marksheets instead of generating PDFs.
