Issue: Certificate or Student Modify Section Not Working

Problem:

1. Sometimes, after updating the software, the Certificate Modify or Student Modify section may not work properly. You may also notice that generated certificates are not showing.

Reason:

1. This usually happens because some queries (database commands) did not run properly during or after the software update.

Solution:

• Check if the software was recently updated.
  
• If yes, run the pending queries again.
  
• After running the queries successfully, both the Certificate Modify and Student Modify sections will start working properly.

Suggestion:

To avoid this issue in the future:

• Make sure the software update completes fully.
  
• Run all update queries without any errors.
  
• After every update, verify that all sections (like Certificate Modify and Student Modify) are working fine.
