π Issue: Students of All Classes Appearing in First Class While Generating Admit Card
β Problem
When generating admit cards (e.g., for Nursery A),
students from all classes are being displayed instead of only the selected class.
This same issue can also occur while searching records in the
Student Modify section.
π Cause
This issue happens if:
- Sections are allotted by searching with Shift only and selecting all students at once.
- After this, if Section A (or any section) is allotted, it gets applied to all students across all classes, not just the intended class.
- As a result, while generating admit cards, students from every class appear under the first class in the list.
β Solution
Follow these steps to fix the issue:
π Go to Section Settings
- Search students using Shift only.
- Select all students and Clear Section.
π« Re-assign Section Classwise
- Search for students class-wise.
- Select the students of a single class.
- Allot the correct section for that class.
- Repeat the same process for each class.
β οΈ Important Note
- Never allot sections by selecting all students using Shift only.
- Always allot sections class by class to avoid this issue in the future.
π Summary
If all students are appearing under the first class while generating admit cards,
the reason is incorrect section allotment.

then re-assign them classwise.
