
Ask the client:
"Do you want to reinstall the software on the same system or on a different system?"
Have you only formatted the C: drive and Have Database?
Have you changed any motherboard component?
No email required
You can directly reinstall the software:
Reinstall VIDYA Software
Install Crystal Reports
Install Vc_Redist
Attach the existing database
The license will remain intact.
Email required from the registered email ID.
Reason: A change in motherboard alters the machine code, resulting in a "License Corrupt" error.
After reinstalling, if the license error appears, inform the customer and request a key update via email.
The customer must send an email with:
Sender ID
School Name
Contact Person's Name, Designation, and Phone Number
Reason for System Change
β Ensure:
The mail is from their registered email ID
All required details are included
Copy the VIDYAOne folder from:
C:\Program Files (x86)\
The Database Folder, usually in the last drive (e.g., D:\VIDYAOne)
Save both folders to a pen drive
Fully uninstall VIDYA software to avoid license conflicts.
Paste the copied VIDYAOne folder into:
C:\Program Files (x86)\
Paste the Database Folder into the same last drive path on the new system.
Install Vc_Redist
Install Crystal Reports
Set the Database Path in VIDYA Software
Request a New License Key:
Fill the Key Request Form
Mention the Ticket Number (related to the reinstallation email)
Once received, enter the new key in the software
